Energy neutral
Mansion Oostwold is energy neutral. There is no gas connection and we generate all the electricity ourselves. This has advantages: warm in winter, cool in summer. We have an air exchange system in all rooms. This can be compared to air conditioning. The fans thereof must NOT be turned off. Allow the door closers to operate in the winter. If you do not, the heating system will become disarranged!
